    • Previously, advertisements had to be sent individually to the various job boards. With the new release, the multiposting provider GOhiring can now be used. You can find out more about the process in our video.
    • The works council process is now displayed in the applicant file with the corresponding status (waiting for works council approval, approved by the works council, not approved by the works council).
    • In anonymized applications, a placeholder image is now displayed instead of the application image.
    • The "Applicant file as file" function now also works from the applicant overview.
    • In the application overview, the job abbreviation and the reference number as well as the plant and the job advertisement location are directly visible.
    • Several documents can now be uploaded to the applicant file at the same time, which are immediately sorted into the category tree.
    • Correspondence can now also be created and used without a correspondence type being entered.
    • Pay slips from DATEV are automatically transferred to Persis and filed in the appropriate register of the correct personnel file.
    • Managers can now submit a request to view the file directly in the desired digital personnel file.
    • This release introduces an interface for transferring newly created or changed employee data to Proalpha HCM.
    • Any prefix to the name is now displayed in the header of the employee master data sheet.
    • The title of an employee is now also translated in the personnel master data.
    • The switch between quantitative and qualitative view has been removed. Both views are now split: The quantitative view can be found in the menu item "Administration", the qualitative view in the menu item "Actual stock".
    • On the overview page for skills assessments, only catalogs that contain a skills assessment are now offered.
    • The display in the master table "Metacatalogs" can now be restricted via a search.
    • Multiple cancelation of seminar participations by double-clicking is prevented. This also prevents notifications from being sent more than once.
    • With the personnel master interface between Persis and tisoware, employee master data is automatically transferred to the personnel master in real time via scheduler to tisoware.
    • The way in which Persis updates are delivered and installed has been fundamentally changed. Patches no longer have to be installed individually!
    • The "XML" directory, which is used to access XML export files from job advertisements (primarily for connecting job boards), can now be accessed directly as standard. Access no longer needs to be set up separately.
    • A virus scanner can now be used to check data when uploading files.
    • Administrators can define the contact type (e-mail, letter, requested) centrally so that the contact type is preset directly in the correspondence settings.
    • The HTML editor can be edited in such a way that individual functions are linked to user authorizations.
