    Apply time model configuration to additional days

    • To speed up the creation of time models in future, there is now the option "Apply settings to other days". This is available in the Monday column in all tabs, except for Tariff and Standby.
    • Access to workflow processing via the transactions "Open requests", "Request overviews"
    • It is now possible to approve or reject requests via the transactions. The function is similar to the Approval transaction. In addition, processing has been implemented in the group calendar

    Superadmin workflow for processing individual steps

    • A new right for the Workflow transaction has been defined in the Extras in the user group. The new right is called "Approve external requests". If this right is set in the user group, the superadmin is active. This means that a user who belongs to this user group can approve or reject the requests of all persons assigned to them as superadmin.

    Attach documents to workflow requests via app

    • The new Attachments tab is now available in the request area. This can be used to attach documents to a request.
    • In the Windows and desktop app, the file system and the gallery are available for selection. The camera function is also available via the smartphone.

    Workflow processing (substitution / approval) via app

    • The workflow overviews have been expanded for the approval/rejection of workflow requests and divided into several areas. The newly created tabs are displayed dynamically. If there is an application for approval or a substitution is to be accepted, the tab is displayed.

    Optimization of visitor check-in/out in the Security Monitor

    • A status toggle with integrated dropdownhas been added to the overview list . This allows the check-in or check-out of a visitor to be carried out directly from the list. In addition, the current status of each visitor is visible at a glance, which significantly simplifies and speeds up operation.

    Automatic refresh Security Monitor

    • The Security Monitor has been expanded to include a new function that enables an automatic page refresh to be activated via a toggle switch. As soon as the function is activated, the page is automatically reloaded at a set interval. The minimum refresh time is 30 seconds.

    Visitor management from Security Monitor

    • A new context menu for visitors has been implemented in the Security Monitor. Depending on the user group rights, the following functions are available and can be executed directly via the menu for the selected visitor:
    • Person Detail - Opens the detailed view of the visitor in the Security Monitor.
    • New visit - Opens the visitor in edit mode to create a new visit without leaving the transaction. After saving, the visitor returns to the Security Monitor.
    • Cancel visit - Cancels the currently selected visit.
    • Change location - Allows the visitor to be assigned to a different location, e.g.when changing plants. The visitor then appears in the list of the new location.

    Visitor pre-registration from Security Monitor

    • A new "Visitor pre-registration " button has been added to the Security Monitor. This takes the user directly to the transaction of the same name, where they can pre-register one or more visitors.
      The button is only displayed if the user
      has the corresponding authorizations for the Visitor pre-registration transaction.

    • The online run card is now available directly in the app. For the first time, information on production orders and the individual work steps can be conveniently viewed on the move. The route map can be called up both when starting a new booking and from the dialog of an already running operation.

    Call parameters within the deep links

    Transfer of activity texts from Proalpha

    • The activity texts from Proalpha are transferred to the "PLC info" field of the operations/activities. As this field is limited to a maximum of 50 characters, information is often cut off when transferring from Proalpha to tisoware.
    • To avoid loss of information in future, the texts are now transferred in full to the operation or activity texts if required.
    Important information on data collection for product improvement
    With the current version of tisoware, we are introducing optional data collection to help us continuously develop our product for the benefit of our customers.
    We would like to inform you transparently that we are collecting analysis and tracking data as part of this version in order to better understand user behavior and derive targeted improvements from it. The following applies:
    • No personal data: No personal data is stored or processed at any time. It isnot possible to draw conclusions about specific users or companies.
    • Opt-out at company level: If you as a company do not want data to be collected, you can deactivate it completely via the system configuration.
    • Consent at employee level: Even if the function is activated at system level,each employee is asked individually whether he or she would like to contribute to improving the product. Participation isvoluntary.
    • Revocation possible at any time: Once consent has been given, it can be revoked at any time - quickly and easily via the personal settings.
